Last night Monte had his first experience with the Dutch Oven. He was a wiz at it, and made a wonderful pineapple upside down cake, He is ready for Memorial Day.

Ahh, the ol' Dutch oven! Haven't seen one of those in a while. Don't think people have heard of them out here - which is odd, actually, because we're just a hop, skip and a jump from The Netherlands! I love your trailer blog - very fun.
I'm sad we missed it. I'm excited for our dutch oven night in two weeks. Way to go Monte!
